Reset link on XVR5104C-1TB
I'm looking for a reset link on this XVR - the board looks a lot like Reset password for Dahua DVR/NVR - NVR IPCAMERA SECURITY but there's a rearrangement that removes the button. PAL video output on BNC ?
I came to the conclusion that either the BNC connector on this camera is pointless (seems odd to have it ?) or that it's intended to be configured with the UTC protocol. One way to configure it is with an inline control box and the other is with a DVR. The inline box might be OK and are pretty... -

I'd already done a 'factory reset' using the button under the SD card access hatch - without that I wasn't able to find it's IP address. It was also ringing the alarm buzzer a few times on every power cycle making experiments annoying ! -

I found 'Web operation manual' which is a great help with general settings on the web interface, but doesn't mention the BNC connector. It does provide some information about RTSP but I haven't yet been able to make it work with VLC (even though there's a specific example !). -
