    Hi, Enclosed is the first email and where the link took me. So the first email received was Ver 5.9.9.85 and came in on 29/9/25. The last email, Ver 5.9.9.90 came in yesterday 6/10/25. Therefore the others came in between those dates. Maybe I got the 2018 wrong now that I look at the sender...

    Hi, Thanks for getting back. Yes its Blue Iris. What I was receiving were Bot updates daily through my email for 5 days. These bots were saying updates available but dated 2018! They have stopped now! My version is 5.9.9.17 which I know is old but its stable. I have had problems in the past...

    Good point but defeats the object. I prefer Hotmail as its an immediate notification where others are a bit slower sending the alerts. It did after about 1 minute

    The same here. I set up Gmail to send alerts via my Hotmail account as per video. Hotmail did not receive anything but in Gmail sent, they are there! So dont understand why they are not sent! There is more then enough space on Gmail so its definitely nothing to do with quota of allowed space.

    Hi, I have used one of my Talktalk accounts to send emails rather then Outlook. After reading the various ways around this online and Microsofts page, I got confused and gave up.

    Blue Iris Closing after 2/3 seconds

    Noting in the spam folder. The database allocation window has now turned green without me changing any settings! Strange. So all good now. Thanks again for all your help Steve
