    I know the sensor is not ideal... I've gotta work with what I have. Any recommended image adjustments to help with night quality? It's all stock setting. Lower light availability. Day time is great. Thanks

    Is this PTZ command delay common amongst other users of this camera or is it specific to just you? I’m curious because I have a new one sitting in a box waiting to be deployed.

    I just picked up one of these cameras. Bench testing and to get familiar with it before it goes to its designated place. Should I upgrade the FW? If so, what is your best advice to do so. Thank you

    Good explanation. That’s just poor business decisions to not adapt to changing technologies. IE has been extinct for YEARS now. I wouldn’t complain as much if we could use smart pss to make ivs and other technical adjustments.

    How long has this camera been installed for? Did you update the firmware recently? Are you using outdoor rated cable? Are you keeping the RJ45 connections watertight? Maybe try a new switch

    According to the spec sheets on both cameras they say the web gui works on Safari. Can anyone confirm that it actually does, especially setting IVS lines?
