    Is it code project or BI that needs to be adjusted? When my black dog walks down the driveway, it is detected as a dog. If the dog walks fast down the driveway , it's a bear. If the dog runs down the driveway, it's a bird. Not really sure what settings to adjust. Thanks

    alastairstevenson - Thanks, progress. Plug in wasn't enabled. Now no matter which user/password I enter, it says account doesn't exit even though I can use them to log in with Smart PSS or directly into NVR.

    I updated the firmware on one of my four IPC-HDW5231RN-Z cameras and it went OK. Is there a way to backup the old firmware before updating? I would like to keep it just in case.
