I FOUND THE SOLUTION!! ODM to the Rescue! Stupid devices... stupid outdated devices. won't work with chrome, edge, or firefox on Windows 11. HOWEVER, when running ODM using their "WEB PAGE" feature (which is using an older less featured browser) I can log into the cameras just fine, same...- dlasher

Fair question, yes, it presents a login web page, just doesn't accept any credentials.. 3 failures will "penbox" you for 60 seconds till you can try again. Not shown: 65531 closed tcp ports (conn-refused) PORT STATE SERVICE 80/tcp open http 443/tcp open https 554/tcp open rtsp...- dlasher
