    UPDATE. After days on out of trying different things.... turns out it was the d*mn ethernet cable. I started accessing the cameras through their IP address and realized they were also lagging. Which meant it wasn't necessarily a BI issue. So I did a speed test and I realized the internet...

    I have not. I'm afraid that if I downgrade it won't be compatible with current OS, and my company won't pay for the upgrade lol.
