    No-Ip offers a domain name, right? Have your BI server run the client to update the IP and then use the domain name in the app.

    So the IP the BI app needs won't change, I mentioned I'm using a VPN, the other config on the iPhone takes care of connecting to said VPN.     Did you ever figure this out? I finally got around to setting up access to BI over a VPN. On my Android phone the app behaves fine, but on my wife's iphone I set it to the machine address through the VPN tunnel, it will work, and then the WAN address changes to something completely different...

    Can login remotely thru Blue Iris Android app but not UI3 browser

    I jsut had the same issue and it wasn't a wrong directory but a botched update / install. If I disabled UI3 it worked which led me to this reddit post: This issue was a missing ui3 folder under the www install directory. I was able to restore this from an old backup and voilà it worked again!

    OP, may I ask what Network IP settings you are using in Blue Iris? The Find/Inspect goes through its motions but then all I get is a "no video" message.

    My wife's the iPhone user not I, but isn't there a way to reset all app permissions? Of course all apps on your phone will now re-ask for access. Did your problem start only after an app update or are you a new user?

    I'm having the same issue but there is no local network permissions listed for blue iris. On app ver 2.02.02 and ios 14.6. There is a local network setting for other apps, just not BI. Edit - reinstalled the app and suddenly it appeared. Probably a bug when upgrading BI versions.
