can`t remote view hikvision nvr with ivms but can on my phone

no problem viewing the nvr on my phone but can`t view it on my pc. i am using ivms4200
 
I have the EXACT same problem that just suddenly appeared! I think it has something to do with the IE Tab extension being used in my Chrome Browser! If you disable the IE Tab can you see the view of cameras?
 
Before this problem were you using the IE Tab extension? I was using the IE Tab extension and all was fine! Yesterday when I logged in the image on the screen of my Laptop is unviewable! I disabled the IE Tab extension and I was able to see the login screen but I cannot view my cameras because the IE Tab is disabled! So since this is a new problem for me I will continue to see if I find a solution! If so I will reach out to you! If anyone out there has recently had this same problem and has found a fix please let us know...
