    Just ask Andy about mounts. I think how you install it is more imprtant than which mount you use. Make sure to sink your bolts into studs.     Since I began running 2 20w IR blasters I have seen a noticeable drop in the number of my small to medium sized nocturnal visitors. I'm wondering if they are bothered by these lights. Anyone have similar experience?

    Perhaps installers should at least be able to fulfill the requests of customers that may request Ubiquiti. It seems to me that they are at least partly, marketing themselves as the high-end alternative to the big box brands. You know, branding... blah, blah, blah.

    Attach flat black panels, plastic or whatever you like, to the sides of the light fixture to control the light pattern. ("Barn doors" and "flags" are used on professional lighting equipment.)

    I know there was/is a cheaper model. I ordered one and cancelled it when I learned this and compared the specs. I decided to pay the difference.

    I had the same happen on a smaller scale. 4TB Purple at the typical old price $99 at the end of December. Decided to bite the bullet and grab another for $150 a month later when prices first jumped. Price right now is $210. And memory cards? Fugitaboutit.
