most likely cause I have the dome off of it because with the dome on all you see is a white haze . that has happened to all my Hikvision cameras the domes have turned yellow after about 4 years ,- Coldair

its a NSC-278-DMZF1 that sits above the back door and looks at the back stairs and i would like to see what is out there as we are loaded with Bears, panthers and coyotes. the existing camera is a dome that has yellowed but it really does not see well in the dark. what do you recommned ...- Coldair

finally got my alerts on all cameras back. I was on my macbook using UI3 when I decided to reset the alert counter and when I came into the office where BI is running they were all back. weird as heck as I have been fighting it for months and nothing seemed to work- Coldair

Issues with Dahua Cameras
I have that problem with 2 cameras that are running off a netgear 8 port POE switch one camera needs its own POE injector like this one poe injector -
