    FPS/Key issues

    not matter what settings I choose I can not get my main feeds to have a 1 key frame, they always match the actual FPS. my sub feeds I have no issues and all except for 1 camera they are at 1. Is this how they are supposed to be?

    scrambled green screen

    Over the last 3 days i am getting this odd scrambled green screen image on all of my cameras. It's random when it happens, but happens constantly. At first i thought it was the Intel VPP, so i turned that off, but still does it Anyone else ever see this?
