    I don't think Andy can help. As far as I can tell, Dahua blocks external direct login to the PTZ425DB-AT without online authorization from Dahua's servers. I'm guessing that if BlueIris Dahua New V4 or V5 is trying to access the camera's Dahua software, it receives a username and password...
