Blue Iris not updating
Interesting im on 5.9.9.89 and i keep getting alerts to update but no version is working after. 5.9.9.91 also does nothing but shuts down the server and thats it. whats going on- batch

ive been digging around and one common theme i see is that the CPU spikes hard up to 100% even though the GPU is being used primarily. the only item i see is the task manager that BI spikes hard. it does show 86 but i do see it spike to 100 looking at the stats for nerds Is it possible... -

thats wild, i just tried to run UI3 on the server itself and its horrifically slow and does even worse. the only thing i do use is ngrok but thats only for external UI access . One other item to point out is that im using a intel nuc and it has both network ports wired. Seems i setup NIC Teaming... -

well shoot, playback on BI directly is Snappy and i have zero issues. I tried a new browser also in private window and it seems slow still but maybe not as terrible as the original issue i mentioned. Still not what it was before. wonder why its slow from my one machine which is on the same... -

Im sure this has been discussed numerous times. Why should we not use H265 and only H264? I remember i changed a while ago CPU improved and i do use a GPU as well. Lately my playback has been a complete mess and buffers, crashes my UI3. -

ive reinstalled it numerous times including cleaning out the temp files listed above all the steps i took. it seems that this happens every year or so. The fact that i have to do a system restore and it works, then stops again within a week is an issue -

seems were having the exact same issue. heres what i did and its still broken so i rolled back BI from 5.7.2.4 to 5.7.0.5 for the 2022.1.1 version now i no longer have the error starting DS however i still get the AI: not responding redeleted all 3 deepstack folders , c:\ , appdata, temp... -

yep i deleted both deepstack from C: and from my appdata folder. did a full reinstall. i have a feeling a BI update jacked up deepstack as its now showing if i manually try to run it. I tried a few forums that stated to copy and name deepstack.exe to server.exe but no go
