    Evaluation Version

    I updated my BI via the UI3 yesterday and now I have 'BI Evaluation Version' on all the cameras. I have since found out that my version expired in August 2025. How can I remove this without upgrading or renewing my licence? The version I am trying to get hold of is: 5.9.9.59. Thanks

    Thanks for this but I am still struggling to gain access. Is it possible that I might have to alter settings on my Synology router? On a video I watched the adaptor settings were changed. Is it still necessary to do it?

    Hikvision - no live view

    Hi Guys, I am trying to set up my DS-2CD2355FWD-I camera but I am unable to obtain live view with any of my browsers. I have connected the camera to my Synology NAS and no issues with that. Any suggestions as to what I can do next? Thanks
