    The problem seems to be that the IPC SW is requiring adobe flash OR the own specific add-on. Both is not more able with the new Chrome or FireFox. Hence it seems to be able only with the old internet explorer or via Smart PSS. Both is BAD!

    @sebastiantombs: no real solution found. But I leaft there also the question whether anybody have an idea. @garycrist: I have two computers. The explorer is on this one, where I don't have admin rights. Is it still possible to download the explorer and to install it to a standard win10 computer?
