    It is connected to one from Andy. I deleted a second time and reset everything and it is working now. Can not figure it out. tmxv4128 I did not do a factory reset but is working now.

    Today my camera started recording only on AI detection all the time when nothing is tripping. My general record stopped working at 3:05pm. I have rebooted the camera and and app. Still the same. I deleted my AI settings and reinstalled. Still stuck on AI record all the time. Any suggestions.

    On NVR I had Intel and general. I added alarm. On Camera GUI I added on event linkage to send command. we will see in the morning what I have.

    It definitely works better at shorter distance. If you are out about 125+ ft not so good.

    I don't understand why it locks on a person starts to zoom and track and them zooms back out after a few sec.

    I notice the trips picking up better but the camera will back out after 2-3 seconds and not stay on the person even when they are right under a bright light.

    I am using IVS only. I just had my first tripwire and checked search for intelligent and still only get 10 sec. I have to search all search to see the rest of tracking.

    I have done a factory default setting and the only way to see all the motion is to search all recordings. I still only get 10-12 sec. if I search for motion only. I do not know if this is right but on IVS setup the on-off for IVS and video metadata is greyed out so you can not turn off.

    Yes it is. I have it post recording set to 120 sec. but only records 10 sec.

    Yes I used IE. That seems to be what is happening.

    I have tried NVR and Smart PSS. I still only get 10-12 sec. of a longer video on intelligent search. The only way to see all of the video is to search under general search.

    I have tracking set at 300 sec. and post record at 120 sec.

    I have setup IVS and tracking. When I get a trip and go to play back it only shows about 11-12 seconds in intelligent search. But when I go to general play back it records and follows the entire time. Examples are for what I see when I play back with different searches. What am I missing?
