    Was this ever resolved? Just got a new iDS 2CD7A46GO/P-IZHSY and with initial setup, I am getting the same issue. Many 9too many) snapshots of tags, grills, numbers printed on the side of trucks etc., but no videos being recordedYes, I realize this is close to a year old, but I'm hoping ;-)
