    I made another email account using gmail to test. I normally use comcast/xfinity. The delayed sms remains. It hadnt previously occured to me check the online email account via comcast.net. It might show sent emails there. Good advice.

    Well I am having OP problem as well. I tried playing around with push notifications to help troubleshoot the issue. Some are instant. Others take 15 minutes or more. Push doesnt provide an image thumbnail either although it is set to do so. I agree with you that sms is most likely an att issue...

    I have the same problem. It just started a few days ago. SMS alerts to our phones are 15-20 minutes late. This was never a problem before, ever. I rolled back BI to an earlier update, no change. Im starting to think this may be an issue on the phone carrier's end, ATT in my case.

    I figured this out. For whatever reason the *.exe file renamed itself to DahuaSunriseSunsetexe.exe; new feature of Win10? I found a couple other third party apps had done the same. Renaming it correctly fixed it.

    I did that. Tried an earlier version as well. I just checked some logs and the machine had a windows update recently as well. Im thinking thats what broke it. Just not sure how to fix it.

    Just recently I noticed my camera profiles were not switching over. What is happening is the service is not starting. The utility service throws an error which states that utility is "not a valid win32 application". I am using the most recent version 1.6. Any idea what would cause this?

A couple new options in the gui settings have appeared that weren't available in Edge or Chrome. Disabling the smart codec seems to have fixed the screen tearing as well. Thank You...

    Same here. Chrome and edge work fine for everything else except the pir area screen.I mainly have been using Edge. I will try IE11 later after I get home. @looney2ns , after disabling smart codec there have been no screen tear errors. They were pretty consistent before.
