Unfortunately, I could not get those indents in the plate. I had to remove the original screws and put something longer with 3 washers for the space. Put it all together on a DS-1280ZJ-SD11mount. Added a thick cored from the mount to the camera. With the plate, the rectangle bit that sticks... -
