6.0.3.8 Alerts using tmpfiles.org working again on Android

I saw the following entry in changelog [6.0.2.6] – 2026-2-17. But it is only in the past few days on 6.0.3.8 that I've actually received working alerts (see screenshot).

This feature has been broken since mid-2025 (post). For background on this feature, see this post.

• When using TmpFiles.org for push notification images, the URL for retrieval will now specify HTTPS instead of HTTP for hopefully better compatibility with Android.​

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24+ running Android OS 16.
