Abusive Boyfriend tries to run over girlfriend who jumped out of moving car. He had a screwdriver to her neck and she was able to escape. He tried to back over her and instead hit a parked car

I actually ended up speaking to her, she was very normal and is pressing aggravated assault charges against the guy. He however gave her a fake name, and the plate comes back to a Hispanic guy

The video doesn't make it clear he was trying to run her over, does it?? Looked more like she was just trying to escape and he was trying to follow and not watching where he was going well enough. Either way the guy needs one of the bigger books thrown at him I think.

She claims he was holding a screwdriver to her neck and was threatening to kill her, and she managed to escape

Maybe a stretch, but we already have the threat so I rolled with it for a spicy title
