Does this have the firmware with smart tracking? Any idea which sensor on it, I’ve seen both 1/2.8 and 1/2.5 listed. I’m also in Winnipeg.

I suggest that you re-check and correct the link you furnished above (4225)...it's nothing like the box you pictured (4A425).
