Just installed a new Ethernet card on my desktop (Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller). Now it seems that when I try to setup the Remote, external (WAN/Internet) address section on the Web Server tab, I'm forced to use a IPv6 address and no longer a IPv4 address. I've tried to change it back but I can't update it. Now I can't access BI from the mobile app when I'm on WAN. I've tried using the Remote Wizard and when I perform the final test to see if external port is actually visible on the internet, it shows the Verified server: unreachable. Not sure what I might be doing wrong. Have never had to use IPv6 before.
Also, I'm using Norton 360 and I have a Smart Mode IPv6 Rule set up for the Blue Iris app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
