I want to update from 5.6.1.3 to a stable version of 5.9.9.x. I can't update from within the program since it's beyond maintenance, and the links no longer work. I will buy the maintenance update through their website.

What's the best stable version (5.9.9.73?). I guess that this wouldn't include the 6.x DB update?

What are steps to updating? Can I just download the 5.9.9.73 update file and apply it?
