Hi Team,

I deleted my post by mistake. Sorry. I can't access the camera from the mobile app. I have Vstarcam NVR and I have allowed the internet connection but my NVR is still showing (offline). How can I fix this.

I don't have that NVR.

There is no option to turn on the cloud (P2P).

If you look at my NVR screenshot, you will see that there is no option to enable cloud (P2P).
