I understand that you're a well-known and knowledgeable Dahua dealer. Can you help me design my surveillance system?   I really hope you can help me... I really screwed up.. I had my IPC-HDW5231R-ZE working perfectly but when messing with the settings I wanted to see what enabling HTTPS would do for me.. Well, now I cant log in to the camera! Please tell me there is a way to do a factory reset on this camera... man i feel stupid...

  I've been looking at both the IPC-HDW5231R-ZE and the IPC-HDW5831R-ZE. Does the IPC-HDW5831R-ZE come in black? I'm just starting out and this would be my first camera. Which of them would you recommend to start with?

  What would you recommend to upgrade from Swann NHD-815 (2304x1296) POE cams under Blue Iris?
  
  Essential: PoE
  Preferred: Eye \ Turret style, or mini-bullet.
  Field of view: ~90
  Res: >= 3mp (less blur at night is preferred)
  Mini-SD storage.
  Will be placed under the second level eaves, range <10m
  Not a fan of the traditional IR as they attract spiders

  QUestion, i'm getting ready to upgrade my camera's , I currently have a dahua NVR42A16 nvr, since it's a little older does it not support newer better dahua cams?

  I'm new to surveillance cameras, and undecided between 2 cameras so I will try them both before committing to more. I want to buy HDW5231R-ZE and HDW5831R-ZE. Can you provide a quote for these 2. I hope combining them will save on some shipping costs.

  I would also consider a dome camera that can be moved around, however when mounted on a wall vertically, it would need to be able to point straight down...

  Hi Andy, I was advised to come talk to you on here.. I'm looking for a 1080p wide angle external bullet cam.. Needs to be Wifi and able to be used with Blue Iris..
  I've heard Dahua mentioned and have my eye on this one

  Hello Andy. If I remember correctly; you mentioned somewhere on this forum something about new Dahua products to come in/around April this year. Do you have any idea about possible new entry-level NVR's?
  (Let's say a successor or updated version of the NVR4104-4KS2 (and the 4108 and 4116) NVR's?
