There might be a Blue Iris issue with using CodeProject.AI since they have built-in AI, what I can see it should work for you. Have you tried using the built-in AI, it works well, that is what I am currently using. -

Try running a test image using Explorer to see if the License Plate Recognition is working also only have one License Plate Recognition enabled -

Maybe try turning this off to see if that helps, it could be windows is holding back the GPU.- MikeLud1
