Quite possibly, given the unpredictable nature of the place.

On the other hand, sites go offline temporarily for a whole lot of reasons. I would not be surprised if it came back.

Got an error message from cam-it.org saying SMF (Simple Machines Forum) couldn't connect to its database. Could be that the server is having trouble or is being DDOS'd by some a-hole.

Cam-it has been around several years. Ipcamtalk started up just a couple months ago.
