It was almost a minute and half before she exited the vehicle....what did she do in that time? Finish her call?
She looks a little rattled and rightly so....and she walks like she's on Rx medication.

It's a good thing no one was injured...too bad about the FJ.

Yikes... ought to lose her license, or at least be required to go through retraining and testing to prove she's capable... that's just ridiculous...

Probably something of an optical illusion (the strip between the road and sidewalk isn't grass near the FJ so the color is similar to the concrete). It looks to me like its wheels were more or less up against the curb. It certainly appears to impact the curb fairly quickly once hit. Poor FJ.
