DS-2CD2332-I adjusting Pan tilt etc

I managed to get the trim ring off

and am now searchingfor how to physically adjust the pan tilt etc. Nothing in the book that came with the camera, and nothing I can find on the USA or Worldwide Hikvison sites

It seems very stiff and I don't want to force it

As I recall there is a screw you have to loosen somewhere under that trim ring. Tighten the screw back up when you have it in the position you want, to keep the camera locked in position.

There's a small screw on the mounting plate that holds a metal tab in the groove of the camera body. Loosen it so the tab is not applying pressure and you can rotate the camera body. If the camera body is a tight fit in the mounting plate you may have to muscle it a bit. But on the other hand, if it's a tight fit you don't need to tighten the screw again afterwards.
