DS-HD1 Poor Audio

Just installed this doorbell with LTS Connect app. Audio is poor, can hardly hear anything. Anyone have any tweaks or is this typical?

So you have a couple of things you can try.

Check your Phone, make sure volume is correct.
You can try other Apps, Hikconnect, EZVIZ, Guarding Vision
You can adjust Volume in Batch Config. Tool:
