Password required to access clips

How may I turn off the requirement to enter a user name and password to view a stored bvr clip in a windows 10 folder when BI is running as a service.

All is working fine except when I double-click on a stored .bvr clip when BI is running as a service, I am now required to login w. my user name and password info. This is a new requirement. Prior to today, when I opened a stored bvr clip from win explorer (w BI as a service only), BI did not require login info to open the stored clip.

When the BI program is open and running and I double-click on a stored bvr clip, BI does not require login and password.

Does your Blue Iris local console require a password when you open it via its exe? There's a setting for that in Blue Iris Options > Startup, though I have never used it so I am not exactly sure what it does.

No. No password required to open the console (as admin).

I've got no idea then. Can you take screenshots or a video showing this happen?
