T54 no sub snapshot SOLVED

I am trying to get an jpg snapshot from substream1 with vga but no luck.
admin:xxxxxx@192.168.x.xxx/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?channel=1&subtype=1 gives always full resolution

Check your encoding settings for secondary stream in camera settings
If I remember correctly this call CHANGE encoding for secondary stream from h264/h265 to mjpeg.
