This is what happens with a not so great intercept, you may end up killing civilians. Luckily the warhead in the below video didn't blow up due to it being a more modern cruise missile but if it were a shaheed class drone it would have exploded on the ground.

This is the first time Russians are warning diplomats to leave Kiev. Their foreign minister Lavrov called Rubio, so this is serious.
